Hailsham
Grange is a former 18th century vicarage built in the Mary-Anne architectural
style circa 1700, and is situated in the market town of Hailsham which
is within close proximity of the South Downs and the coastal
resorts of Eastbourne, Bexhill-on-Sea, Hastings and Brighton.
In addition there are many other places of interest such as Royal
Tunbridge Wells., the county town of Lewes, Rye, Bodiam Castle, Scotney
Castle, Charleston Farm House and Romney Marshes to name but a few, all of which are within
easy driving distance.
However if your interests are towards the stage there are good theatres
in both Eastbourne and Brighton not to mention the Glyndebourne opera
which is only fifteen minutes drive away
